Empowering Change
Take the First Step

About Me.
I have over 18 years of experience providing caring and effective therapy to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, chronic conditions, and life transitions.

My therapeutic approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinical hypnosis, and mindfulness practices to help clients gain insight and make positive changes. I attempt to work these techniques into a seamless conversation. While our sessions may seem like a conversation with a friend, it does have purpose, to help you achieve your needs. During our collaboration we will define you goals, determine what works for you, specifically, and reinforce the new skills to make the changes last.

My objective is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to grow into the best version of themselves. To this end, unconditional positive regard for the person I am working with is paramount, as the relationship between counselor and client is one of the best indicators for a successful outcome.
I understand that getting started can be one of the most difficult steps to making a change in your life. I will be there to help you explore goals and find the best skills to help you meet that goal.

At Mark Rogers, LMHC, I prioritize the individuality of each client, treating them with the utmost respect, empathy, and understanding. I value your active participation in your healing journey and deeply consider your feedback every step of the way. My goal is to see you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms or a diagnosis.
